Celebrating 25 Years of Service

25 years is a long time, and it goes by in the blink of an eye.
Madison has been home to me, and to my family, for 25 years.
Madison has been the home to Madison Family Chiropractors for 25 years as of this Thursday, April 15th.
I can’t imagine living anywhere else.
I have made and sustained wonderful friendships, raised my 2 daughters, and helped create a wellness practice that has educated and supported the health of the people I share community with.
I have grown and learned from the friendship and wisdom of Dr. Vince Campbell, my partner in healing. He has been a constant in my life, and my gratitude for him is massive.
I never imagined I would be a Chiropractor and healer, and I certainly never imagined I’d live in a small town “down south”. I’m reminded of a quote I’ll paraphrase….’you can’t see the future with the eyes that see the now.’ No truer words were ever said.
Thank you from the center of my heart, to all of you who have graced our doors, and trusted us with your health and your miraculous bodies. Thank you for believing that Chiropractic has a powerful place in healing, and for choosing to be a part of our practice. Thank you for bringing to us your spouses, your children, your grandparents, truly making Family Chiropractors a “family”.
I don’t know what the future holds, but it feels pretty amazing to say, at 56 years of living, that I wouldn’t change a thing.
Lastly, my greatest gratitude goes to my husband and partner in life, Mark, who has always supported my choices, applauded my successes, and walked by my side through every challenge. I certainly would not be who or where I am without him.

I’ve learned a lot about Humans, about relationships-about myself-over the past 25 years. I’ve had my share of miracles, and mistakes; successes, and frustrations; opportunities to grow and improve-mentally, physically, and psycho-spiritually.
I’m so thankful for the ‘Cosmic Course Correction’ that took me from being a Mechanical Engineer to being a Doctor of Chiropractic here in Madison.
I’m so glad that my wife Ruth said, “I do”… and said “why don’t you?” (when I told her my chiropractor wanted me to go to Career Day).
A lot has changed since we opened our office:
- We got a Lowe’s
- We got a Chick-fil-A
- We got a Starbucks (then it left…then it came back :-)
- We got a new Hospital, new City Hall, new Amici
But one thing hasn’t changed: we love sharing Chiropractic, and we’re grateful to witness the Power that made the Body heal the Body.
(OK, that’s two things…and I guess they have changed: they’ve gotten better with age!)
Speaking of which, I’m so thankful for this amazing place to raise our daughter, Grace, who also turned 25 this year. I’ve enjoyed serving this community-Chamber of Commerce, Lions Club, MCHS Robotics Team, Mentoring One Morgan, Rotary Club-and proud to be part of One Morgan.
I’m grateful for my business partner, Dr Elise, who helps me grow personally and professionally, and for her family…who has become my family.
We’re blessed to have our Office Manager, Colleen, and our Massage Therapist, Holly, who make our office feel like Home.
And we’re so thankful for our patients, friends, and neighbors…who let us share our gifts of Healing…helping you back on the Path of better Health, better Energy, and a better Life.
The past 25 years have been amazing…and I’m looking forward to “what’s next?” Thank you!
